Greg Yordon, HAS, BC-HIS

Panama City, Panama City Beach

Greg Yordon began in the Hearing Aid business in 1990 with Beltone in Daytona Beach. Greg's father worked for Beltone in Deland for over 30 years. In 1993 Greg and his family moved to Panama City. Greg is a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (NBC-HIS). Mr. Yordon recently achieved Senior Master Practitioner status and has been recognized as Hearing Care Practitioner of the Year by Beltone. Greg and his wife Sharon, also NBC-HIS, work in the Panama City/Panama City Beach offices, part of the six offices in ten counties in the panhandle under the Beltone NWF territory.

Mr. Yordon earned an AA Degree in Counseling Psychology; a B.S. degree from FSU in Psychology and an M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeast University. He also became a state licensed EMT and a Certified Paramedic. He was the first Duel-Certified CPR Instructor in Florida for The American Red Cross and The American Heart Association. During this time Greg developed the first Braille CPR Manual. He worked for many years in emergency medicine and crisis stabilization prior to coming into the Hearing Aid Industry.

Mr. Yordon is a past Director for the Better Business Bureau; was Chairman of Life Management, a community mental health agency, and is a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals (FSHHP) and International Hearing Society)IHS. Mr. Yordon is the Past President of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals and previously has been Treasurer and a District 1 Director. Greg's hobbies include golf, scuba diving, and collecting rocks and mugs while traveling. He is a Civil War Historian. His favorite sports teams are anything Seminoles, Cubs, Bulls, Bears, Bucs and Blackhawks.

Cameron Yordon and his Wife Rachel are the owners of 12 Beltone Hearing Centers in NW Florida and S Alabama. Cameron Yordon is a third generation Beltone Hearing Aid Specialist. He attended Gulf Coast State College and Northwest Florida State College Studying Robotic Engineering. Cameron’s parents both currently work for Beltone in the Panama City and Panama City Beach, FL locations. Cameron’s family has a combined experience in the Hearing Health industry of over 110 years.

He has received many Distinguishing Awards from Beltone including Senior Master Hearing Aid Specialist, Master Hearing Aid Specialist, Rookie of the Year award and National HCP Power Ranking Leader. Cameron and Rachel live in Crestview with their 2 boys, Zachary and Stephen. Some of Cameron’s hobbies include Fishing, Sailing, Golf, and volunteering. Cameron has sat on the board of the American Cancer Society and was a member of the Panama City Police Explorer Program. Cameron was also the Chairman of the Health & Wellness Committee of the Crestview Chamber of Commerce. He was Treasurer and now District Chair of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.

Cameron grew up in Beltone and has always been a people person and loves Technology which made him a perfect fit to be a Hearing Aid Specialist patient advocate.

Austin C. Black, Au.D.

Dr. Austin Black is from Louisville, Kentucky where he has worked for the Beltone there for 7 years and has been in the hearing health care business for 21 years. He went to school at the University of Kentucky for his Bachelors and then University of Louisville for his Master and Doctorate for his Au.d. Austin grew up with Hearing loss, so he understands the obstacles that the hearing-impaired face every day. If you ask Dr. Black's patients what they appreciate about him, they will typically tell you that he can relate to their daily challenges created by their hearing loss. His personal experiences make him very qualified to assist with their hearing care solutions. Austin has served on the Kentucky Academy of Audiology board and assists in the church band. He is married with 2 kids and enjoys playing music, video games with his kids, following tech trends, and getting people excited about new things.

Dr. Leah Lewis is an audiologist and has been in the hearing healthcare profession for five years. She joined the Beltone team in September 2021 and is excited to reach a greater population of patients through the Fort Walton Beach and Defuniak Springs offices as well as Beltone’s community outreach.

Leah has worked in a variety of audiology settings including the Veteran’s Administration, Ear, Nose, and Throat physician practices, as well as private practice. She originally became interested in audiology after her father was diagnosed with a health condition causing hearing loss and balance difficulties while she was in undergraduate school.

She attended the University of South Alabama for her bachelor and doctorate degrees. She is originally from Birmingham, AL but has lived on the Gulf Coast for twelve years. As an outdoors enthusiast, Leah often spends her weekends exploring the Guld Coast with her young son and two dogs.

She is committed to helping her patients communicate to the best of their ability to keep them connected and involved with their loved ones.

Angie Eytchison recently moved to Pensacola from Anderson, Indiana. She has worked as a Hearing Aid Specialist for a total of 14 years. She studied Speech Pathology and Audiology at Ball State University.

When Angie began her undergraduate studies, she thought she wanted to become a speech therapist in a school system; but, she was drawn to the hearing industry after realizing the impact that hearing aids can have on a person’s quality of life.

What Angie loves most about treating hearing loss is seeing the impact it has on the patient’s relationships with their families and the long term relationships built with her patients and their families. She strives to make a difference in each of her patients’ lives by providing excellent patient care.

Outside of being a hearing professional, Angie enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with family.
