Cameron Yordon, HAS, BC-HIS

Cameron Yordon is a third generation Beltone Hearing Aid Specialist behind his Grandfather and both of his parents. Cameron Started working at Beltone in 2010. Cameron is a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (NBC-HIS).
He has received many Distinguishing Awards from Beltone including Senior Master Hearing Aid Specialist, Master Hearing Aid Specialist and Rookie of the Year award. Cameron is a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals (FSHHP) and International Hearing Society. Cameron has sat on the board of the American Cancer Society Program and was the Chairman of the Health & Wellness Committee of the Crestview Chamber of Commerce. He is now the President- Elect of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.
Cameron and his wife, Rachel, Also a Hearing Aid Specialist, lives in Crestview with their 2 boys, Zachary and Stephen. Some of Cameron’s hobbies include Fishing, Sailing, Golf, and volunteering.
Rachel Yordon, HAS

Rachel Yordon is originally from Dayton, Virginia. After high school, Rachel left Virginia to join the Air Force where she served 15 years as a Low Observable Technician. After 15 years, Rachel made the decision to leave the military life to start a family with her husband, Cameron Yordon.
Rachel has been a licensed hearing aid specialist since 2015. Currently she manages the 12 locations and employees of Beltone NWF. She is a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals (FSHHP) and International Hearing Society.
In addition to spending time with her kids, Rachel’s hobbies include softball, swimming, offshore fishing, sport clay shooting, Golf, and participating in events to help the communities the Beltone offices service.
Austin Black, Au.D
Director of Audiology, Veteran Services Audiologist
Dr. Austin Black is from Louisville, Kentucky where he has worked for the Beltone there before moving to NW Florida. He has been in the hearing health care business for over 22 years. He went to school at the University of Kentucky for his Bachelors and then University of Louisville for his Master and Doctorate for his Au.D.
Austin grew up with Hearing loss, so he understands the obstacles that the hearing-impaired face every day. If you ask Dr. Black's patients what they appreciate about him, they will typically tell you that he can relate to their daily challenges created by their hearing loss.
Austin has served on the Kentucky Academy of Audiology board and assists in the church band. He is married with 2 kids and enjoys playing music, video games with his kids, following tech trends, and getting people excited about new things.
M. Francee Laywell, M.A., CCC-A
Veteran Services Audiologist
Francee Laywell is a licensed audiologist in the state of Florida, and has more than 35 years of experience serving the hearing impaired. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at East Tennessee State University, and her Master of Arts degree from Memphis State University.
Francee has practiced Audiology in a variety of settings including Otolaryngology and Otology practices in Memphis, Tennessee, private hearing aid practices in Tallahassee and Marianna, and the Veteran’s Administration Health Systems in Tallahassee and Gainesville, Florida.
Francee is married with three children, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family, gardening, running, and coaching high school cross country and track.
Greg Yordon, HAS, BC-HIS
Panama City, Panama City Beach Locations
Greg Yordon is a second Generation Beltone Nationally Board Certified Hearing Aid Specialist (NBC-HIS) behind his father. He began in the Hearing Aid Industry in 1990 with Beltone in Daytona Beach. In 1993 Greg and his Wife Sharon, also a Hearing Aid Specialist, moved their family to Panama City. Greg has achieved Senior Master Practitioner status several times and has been recognized as Hearing Care Practitioner of the Year by Beltone.
Greg earned an M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeast University. Prior to coming into the Hearing Aid Industry, Greg was an EMT and Certified Paramedic working in emergency medicine and crisis stabilization.
Greg is a past Director for the Better Business Bureau; past President of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals (FSHHP) and a member of the International Hearing Society).. Greg's hobbies include golf, and collecting rocks and mugs while traveling. His favorite sports teams are anything Seminoles, Cubs, Bulls, Bears, and Bucs.
Angela Eytchison, HAS, BS
Pensacola, Atmore, and East Brewton Locations
Angie Eytchison recently moved to Pensacola from Anderson, Indiana. She has worked as a Hearing Aid Specialist for over 15 years. She graduated with a Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Ball State University.
Angie was drawn to the hearing industry after realizing the impact that hearing aids can have on a person’s quality of life. She strives to make a difference in each of her patients’ lives by providing excellent patient care.
Outside of being a hearing professional, Angie enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with family.
Kris Morris, HAS
Andalusia and Milton Locations
Kris Morris grew up locally in Niceville, Florida, but before becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist, he worked as a Chef for local restaurants in Destin and SRB.
Kris’ interest in becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist began when he met the owner of Beltone in NW Florida, Cameron Yordon. After many years learning about what Cameron does to help people overcome the struggles that hearing impairments can cause, Kris decided to change career paths. Now he is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in Alabama and Florida.
Kris is also a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals. His compassion for his patients and drive to stay on top of cutting edge technology and best practices in hearing health, allows him to give his patients the best possible care he can.
In Kris' spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs and still loves to use his culinary expertise to spoil his friends and family with his creative dishes.
Kayte Pinney, HAS, BS
Chipley and Tallahassee Locations
Kayte Pinney joined Beltone NWF in March 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of South Alabama in 2015, where she was a member of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association and graduated as a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Prior to becoming a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in the state of Florida, Kayte worked as a patient care coordinator and Audiology Assistant in Alabama and Florida.
Kayte is originally from Pensacola, FL and currently resides in Tallahassee with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, Kayte enjoys kayaking, exploring trails and traveling. Kayte has a passion for helping others, and as family members live with hearing loss or deafness, she knew that the field of hearing healthcare was the right path for her.
